Kristiana brings both serious musical training and a genuine passion for teaching to every lesson. A graduate of Old Dominion University's prestigious music program and award-winning performer in opera, musical theatre, and jazz, she knows what it takes to develop a strong, healthy voice — and how to make that journey enjoyable for every student.
Whether your child is singing for the first time or preparing for an audition, Kristiana tailors every lesson to their individual goals and musical interests.

Mary Blevins
Studio Director — Piano • Strings • Percussion
Mary has been at the heart of The Music Studio since 2017, bringing warmth, calm encouragement, and a genuine gift for teaching to every student she works with. With a background in Elementary Education and Music Therapy, she has a natural instinct for meeting students where they are and helping them grow.
Her students consistently earn placements in All-County and Regional Orchestra, and many have gone on to receive college scholarships.
As Studio Director, Mary also oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the studio running smoothly — so families always have someone thoughtful and responsive in their corner.

Susan founded The Music Studio more than 35 years ago on a simple belief: music lessons should inspire a lifelong love of learning. Since then, she has helped thousands of students discover the confidence and joy that come from becoming true musicians.
A nationally recognized educator and presenter, Susan has shaped a teaching philosophy that produces real results — her students have performed at Carnegie Hall, earned music scholarships, and received top honors in regional ensembles and competitions.
